By placing an order with Taiza, you agree to our terms of service. All products are sold as-is. We reserve the right to update product pricing, availability, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Payments:
We only accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and other supported digital payment methods at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature and hygiene considerations of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within 15 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at checkout.
You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Taiza is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs in your region.
